Project Weaver
Start from what a learner loves. Weave outwards into everything else.
What it is
Project Weaver is a cross-curricular, project-based learning framework. Instead of delivering subjects in parallel silos, it begins with a learner's genuine interest — horses, Minecraft, baking, climate, music — and weaves academic threads through it: maths, science, writing, design, ethics.
Each project is structured around driving questions, making and showing, and reflection — so the learning is visible and evidenceable without flattening the joy out of it.
The weaving companion
Project Weaver is supported by an AI weaving companion — a planning partner for educators and learners that helps map an interest into curriculum threads, suggest project arcs, and keep momentum. It is a stage manager, not a tutor: the human stays at the centre of every decision.

The Project Weaver app
A dedicated Project Weaver web app is in development — a teacher-facing platform with secure login for planning, tracking and evidencing woven projects across a learning group. School pilots will shape it; ask about early access.
Who it's for
- Home educators and hybrid schools building interest-led timetables that still map to outcomes.
- Alternative provisions re-engaging learners for whom subject-first teaching has stopped working.
- Schools wanting a structured way to run project weeks, enrichment, or personalised pathways.
